Redesigned and optimized the core Limitation and Shipment Tracking interfaces used by PayPal's internal operations team — handling millions of transactions daily.
The existing UI was built on legacy patterns causing slow load times, inconsistent state management, and poor visibility into shipment workflows. Internal teams were losing productivity due to UI bottlenecks.
Rebuilt the frontend architecture using optimized React patterns — code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and a real-time workflow component system. Migrated observability stack from Splunk to Datadog for better monitoring.
